To be lithe. Can you feel what is meant by this? Can you see yourself as a cat, that does not doubt it will catch the mouse at the end? It is aligned, without stressing itself. It does not let itself get distracted and shows not one bit of impatience. It waits, is wide awake and then: at the right moment, it is very very clever.

Not a moment too early, nor too late.
It is really not that hard.
